Terms & Conditions
1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the buyer and the seller when purchasing original handmade artwork on artistique.lt.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) alongside each original painting.
Payments are securely processed through Montonio (via online banking, bank transfer, or card payments).
Orders are accepted and prepared for shipment only after full payment has been confirmed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Artwork is shipped across Lithuania and internationally via courier services or parcel lockers.
All artworks are created on a pre-order basis. Production and delivery within Lithuania take 12–15 business days after payment confirmation.
4. Authenticity & Originality
All items sold are original, handmade acrylic and textured artworks. Please note that due to individual monitor/screen color settings, subtle color variations between the photos and the physical artwork may occur.
Return Policy
1. Right of Return (14 Days)
Pursuant to EU Consumer Rights Directives, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return non-defective items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
The returned artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition, showing no signs of use or alteration.
The artwork must be packaged securely in its original (or equivalent protective) packaging to prevent damage to the canvas surface or frame during transit.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact the seller via email at artistique.lt@gmail.com.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the received item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, refunds will be issued to the buyer’s original payment account within 14 days.
